ADSi history in years

History of ADSi

For more than 25 years, ADSi has supplied public safety departments with effective and dependable software tools. ADSi has installed software in more than 100 departments all across the United States at the City, State, and Federal government levels.

The secret to our success is no secret at all: First, we offer great software at a fair price. Second, we support our customers every step of the way (we have customers that have been with us for more than 20 years because we take such good care of them). Third, we listen to our customers - as a customer, you tell us what you need your software to do, and we continually strive to improve the software to exceed your expectations.

User Conference 2009

The ADSi User Group Conference was a huge success this year. In view of the difficult economic times, attendance was outstanding. Total attendance was our second highest in the last ten years. Thanks to all of you that attended and a special thanks to your organizations for allowing you to attend.

We, at ADSi, really value the time we spent with our customers in this setting. The opportunity for us to receive your feedback and thoughts for improvements provide us guidance in the future direction of our software and services.

Highlighted this year:

  • Web based CAD monitors
  • PHP version of CAD maintenance
  • Public access websites for Incident Reporting and Jail Management
  • Tow Rotation

Seminars were conducted on:
  • CAD, AVL, MDT's, Mapping and Mobile Mapping
  • Law Enforcement Records
  • JMS and Imaging
  • PHP System Administration
  • Fire/EMS Records
  • Cyber Query

Our guest speaker was Frank King, who has opened for Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, Jerry Seinfeld, Adam Sandler, and more. Frank's comedy was outstanding. He involved people from the audience and kept everyone in stitches. He was a great kickoff to the conference.

A special thanks to Neal Edgar of the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office for his user presentation to the group.

The dinner cruise on the Tunica Queen was very well received. The entertainment was very good and many folks were out on the dance floor having a great time. The food was terrific.

The 2010 meeting is being scheduled for October 10, 2009 through October 13, 2010 at either the Gold Strike Casino or at Harrah's. More information on the 2010 meeting will be posted on our website as it becomes available. Please check at www.adsi.org and make your plans to attend now.
